Terms of Service

If you disagree, do not use Bicify. The Service is for businesses (bike shops, workshops and their staff), not for end-consumer personal use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Bicify lets shops unify WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok conversations in app.bicify.io/inbox, run the workshop, manage a CRM and list on the cycling marketplace. Features depend on the plan and the channels the shop connects.

WhatsApp and Instagram are offered as a Meta Tech Provider. TikTok and other channels depend on each API and that platform’s rules.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential (including Google sign-in).
• You are responsible for activity under your user and for people you invite.
• Email info@bicify.ar at once if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend fake, automated, improperly shared or harmful accounts.

Paid access follows the current plan (see Pricing or a written order). Fees are billed in advance for the chosen cycle. Unless the law or the plan says otherwise, amounts already due are not refunded if you cancel mid-period.

The shop keeps ownership of its data, messages and files. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit and display them only to operate Bicify (including the inbox and workshop).

You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to upload it. We may remove material after a valid complaint, an authority order or a risk to the Service.

We make reasonable backups but do not guarantee there will be no loss. Keep your own copy of critical information.

Connecting a channel also means you accept Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or the other provider’s terms. Bicify does not control those platforms. If they change an API, restrict a country or suspend an account, the channel may stop without that being our breach.

The shop represents that it:

• Owns or is authorized to use the number, page or account it connects.
• Has informed its contacts and has a legal basis for Bicify to process their messages in the inbox (same approach as ManyChat or Respond.io).
• Will follow each platform’s commercial-messaging, consent and 24-hour window rules.
• Will not use Bicify for spam, harassment, illegal content or to evade TikTok, Meta or another provider’s blocks.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
• Try to access other people’s accounts or data.
• Overload the infrastructure or reverse-engineer the software.
• Resell Bicify or build a competing product from your access, unless we agree in writing.

The Bicify brand, software, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Using the Service does not transfer those rights. Your content stays yours, subject to the license in section 5.

We aim to keep the app available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. There may be maintenance, feature changes or outages of an external channel.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bicify is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, data loss or indirect damages. We are also not liable for what your customers say or do, or for decisions by Meta, TikTok or Google.

Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited, in the aggregate, to the amounts paid to Bicify in the 12 months before the event, except for willful misconduct, gross negligence or limits the consumer-protection law does not allow.

The shop will indemnify us against third-party claims (including WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok contacts and the platforms themselves) arising from its content, its use of the Service or a breach of these terms or the channel rules.

You may stop using Bicify and request account closure under the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or cancel access for breach, non-payment, fraud risk or a legal requirement. Termination does not cancel amounts already due.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page. Continued use after a material change means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service.
